The Craft and Chai Club was started by Annick and is now funded through The Drawing Donkey.

This once-a-month club brings together children from the immediate rural community to craft, drink tea, eat cake and share stories. Ages range from 4 to 16 and up to 19 children
are now regularly attending. Artists in Kenya can never start too early!

All of this is made possible with the invaluable help of Josephine, Naomi, The Waldorf School (Burguret), the dogs who support with endless silly distractions and most importantly, the people who buy Annick's art and products.

The kids from her community are a big part of Annick's daily life. They join her for morning dog walks and she supports their families by buying their fresh farm produce and milk.
